Sorry that I’ve been delinquent on gettin the fishin reports out…

The fishin has been really good most days then shuts off for a few days.. sorta happens this time of year..

White bass very good on white swim baits, white crankbaits or curly tail jigs… White seems to be color of the week..

Walley have been good along the sandy banks up north … mostly jiggin with white slabs in 8 -12′ of water

Watch for the birds.. the Whites have not been boiling the surface this week… but they are still under the birds, just not pushing the shad up to the surface..

No reports on Black Bass or Smallmouth or Catfish..

This is Labor Day weekend.. the lake will be more crowded.. not too bad though..

Stephanie will have breakfast burritos on Saturday and Sunday.. Maybe on Monday, depending on how many folks are here..

The heat has subsided.. It’s been a hot year.. so hot that the garlic took it’s cloves off.. this weekend should be warm, just not as hot..
