Terms of Service
1) Payment in full is due when job is completed. If payment is not made, a late fee will be added every 15 days.
2) Payments are strictly cash unless other arrangements are made in advance by emailing Sales@ButteMarine.com or calling 575-744-5427.
3) Charges for storage will be added on all items not picked up within 10 days of completion of service. Any item not picked up after 90 days will be offered for public sale to cover repair costs.
Submission of this form confirms that you agree to the following statement:
"I hereby authorize repair work to be done with necessary materials. Butte Marine employees may operate my watercraft for purposes of testing, inspection or delivery at my own risk. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on this watercraft to secure the amount of repairs thereto. Butte Marine will not be held responsible for loss or damage to watercraft or articles left in watercraft in the event of fire, theft, accident or any other cause that is beyond Butte Marine's control.
